Research: Initiating the project with an information-gathering phase is essential to establish a solid foundation of knowledge and relevant data that acts as our starting point. During this stage, we carry out quantitative and qualitative studies, interviews, surveys, document analysis, and market research, among other methods.
Interpret: The collected data is organized in a structured way into databases, summaries, charts, and other resources to facilitate analysis, allowing us to identify patterns, trends, and insights. This helps us understand the situation, opportunities, and challenges for both the brand and its current and future environment.
Select: Using the conclusions obtained from the analysis, various routes and strategies are generated to address the project's purposes, determining which are the most feasible and appropriate. There is a development of an action plan which includes steps to be followed, completion dates, required resources, and tracking metrics, considering factors such as feasibility, impact, return, and available resources to ensure efficient and effective implementation.
Execute: The designed plan is initiated, and we coordinate the teams to execute the phases according to the established schedule. We implement control mechanisms and measures to address any unexpected events and establish constant communication with stakeholders to keep them informed about progress.
Ratify: Finally, thorough evaluation we conduct of the project's results, comparing achievements with the objectives and goals set in the previous stages. Then, we initiate a support period in which we provide guidance and advice to the brand, monitoring the implementation of solutions and ensuring constant feedback.
